The best customer service I've ever experienced.
I love my reMarkable 2. I am a coach and trainer and make many notes on my clients' conversations. When I decided to travel and work remotely, the reMarkable 2 was a must-have so that I wouldn't travel with all these paper notebooks.
What I love most though, is it's customer service. The response rate of questions is super quick, and the solutions very customer friendly.
I dropped my reMarkable once on a tile floor (ouch), leaving the powerbutton stuck. Although not covered by warranty, I could purchase a replacement device for a very reasonable price, delivered at my doorstep quicker than I thought was possible.
When my marker's cap somehow broke off after 1,5 years of use, I received a new one within a matter of days.
The products are brilliant. The high-quality service make me recommend purchasing their stuff time and time again. Thanks, reMarkable!

I would give zero stars if I could.
I have been trying for two weeks to start the process of receiving a new pen/marker, but no one in customer service will respond. I tried creating an account and going another route. I sent pictures, explained the issues, etc., and all my claims have been rejected. I have had the tablet for less than a month when the pen stopped working. I tried all the factory resets, tech support steps they recommend and it still does not work. After rejecting my claim the 4th time, I was told in bold letters: PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM FIRST for help with your case.
I explained to whoever responded that I have contacted customer service and no one will reply. Horrible way to do business. I now have a $600 product that is useless and I refuse to give them the satisfaction of going to buy a new pen and letting the issue go. I sincerely regret buying this product. Since I bought it from a retailer and not remarkable themselves, I cannot return it for a refund as I am past the return window of 14 days. If I could get a refund from remarkable, I would return it in a heartbeat. Extremely poor customer service. I am not asking to have a pen overnighted to me. I simply wanted to start the process, so I can receive a new pen. Two weeks with no response is unacceptable. If the situations ever gets resolved, I will never do business with the company again.

Hi, I have bought the remarkable and I am not happy with experience! Even after sending email multiple and requesting process multiple times, the company is making really hard to start the refund the process and give me refunds

"Superb Customer Service and Trustworthiness"
I was extremely pleased with Remarkable’s customer service. I got prompt, thorough, helpful and friendly responses, and they were efficient and honest as well. It makes us feel like our money is safe when spending it at a company that handles its business in such a good manner, and I highly recommend trusting in them and their product.

"Quick and great service."
My marker plus lost it’s erasercap
Their answer was quick, helpful and the recommendations were easy to follow.
The outcome was a new marker plus without any fuss. The only thing I needed to do was send in a form and some photos. The rest was taken care of in a very sort amount of time.
Within a week my new marker plus arrived.

"Indispensible product, terrific customer service."
I bought the ReMarkable 2 last July. It has changed my life in many ways, and I'm not overstating when I say that. My most recent experience with Customer Service was responsive and helpful. The product is very high quality, well thought-out and customer service is in keeping with that. I have recommended both customer service and product to many people.

Timely and very polite but also effective suuport.
"The Ramarkable tablet is very pleasant…"
The Ramarkable tablet is very pleasant to use. Note-taking is very intuitive.
However, if you hide the menu bar, the writing space becomes larger. When you activate the menu bar again, part of the text is hidden, which makes it impossible to correct.
For the rest, and especially for the link between the desktop application and the tablet, it is very good.
One last effort could be made in terms of character identification

"Writing tool issue resolved"
I’ve had my Remarkable for about 6months and love it. I love the enhancements they have made to it, even over the few months that I’ve had it. I recently had an issue with the writing tool. I contacted Customer Service and they dealt with the issue promptly and sent me a new one. I’m very satisfied- it’s my favourite tool.
